Brush’d The Label fulfills orders from our U.S. distribution centre in California, shipping directly to professionals across both the United States and Canada.

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

For our Toronto & GTA professionals, local delivery and pick up options are available, allowing you to shop Brush’d without cross border shipping when applicable. Available local options will be provided at checkout.

We do not ship to to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

RETURNS

Due to the professional and hygienic nature of our products, all hair extension sales are final.

Hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged once packaging has been opened or the hair has been altered, coloured, cut, installed or otherwise used.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue.

All hair should be fully colour matched before opening, altering or installation.
